Fit your data to a variety of regression models. The output includes the regression equation, a scatter plot of your data and the regression curve, and an R2 value.
Linear regression is the default, but you can fit your data to a quadratic, cubic, exponential, logarithmic, or trigonometric model.
For linear models you can use the Convert R Squared to R tool to find the linear correlation coefficient.
